MAAS Architects is an architecture and interior design studio in Riyadh. We don't follow trends. We look for an identity that belongs to the space and the people who live in it. It is built from the space itself, layered materials and details designed for the place they belong to. We stay with the project from the first sketch to handover, so the idea you approve is the one you walk into.
A considered approach
Every interior starts with the space: its light, its proportions and the way it will be lived in. From there we build the interior in layers. Stone, wood, metal, textile and finish are chosen to work together, and each junction, edge and surface is drawn for this place rather than taken from a catalogue. The goal is a space that feels settled and specific, not styled for a season.

Bespoke joinery and furniture
Joinery and furniture are part of the design, not an add-on. Wall units, cabinets, tables and seating are drawn together with the architecture and the materials around them, then made to order, so every piece sits in the room as if it was always meant to be there. From concept to completion
Concept design, detailed drawings, material and furniture selection, and execution on site, with one team responsible for the whole process. Keeping design and execution together protects the details that make the interior what it is.
